I don’t know... it just feels solid. No rough edges or anything, like it was actually made with some care

The guitar looks great and the sound is solid, but the neck just doesn’t feel as comfortable as I was hoping. It feels a little thicker than I expected, and after playing for a while my hand starts to get tired. It’s not a bad guitar at all, but I feel like their older ones were easier to play and just felt better in the hand.

Support did get back to me, though it took longer than I thought it would. I ended up following up once, which maybe I was being impatient about, but it still felt a little slow. They were polite when they replied, so I can’t really complain too much, but I wouldn’t say they were especially helpful or quick

Overall, the materials feel decent. I was messing with it right after it got delivered, while I still had the box sitting in the hallway, and most of it gave a solid first impression. That said, there are a couple parts that feel a little cheap compared to the rest. Not a dealbreaker for me, but it is something I noticed...

It came quick and sounds really nice. I do wish it didn’t take as much effort to get everything unpacked and set up, but once it was finally ready to go, I was happy with it

My quick first impression was positive, the finish looks nice and clean overall. I tend to judge stuff like this by the “does anything jump out at me right away?” test, and nothing major did. There’s one tiny flaw if you look closely, but it’s not a dealbreaker for me.

I was so relieved when the guitar showed up in perfect shape. The box was really sturdy, and everything inside was clean and well protected. It felt great opening it up and seeing the guitar safe and ready to play.

I’m not really focusing on every little flaw or detail, but the main thing I noticed is that it still plays good, and that’s what matters to me

The guitar sounds great and feels really good to play. Mine did have a small finish mark near the neck, but it’s nothing too serious. I’m still happy with it overall and I’d say it was a solid buy.

I’ve been really happy with it so far, the projection looks great and it gets plenty loud for hanging out and playing music in my living room

They sound warm and clear, really easy to listen to.. I just wish the bass hit a little harder

The tuners feel kind of cheap-ish to me, but the bridge and knobs seem to work fine so far. Nothing too fancy, but it’s been okay for what it is.

I’ve been playing my Orangewood a lot, and it’s held up really well. It still feels sturdy, and I haven’t noticed any weird cracks or loose parts. Happy with how tough it feels overall. Curious if other people have had the same experience with theirs?

I really wanted to like my Orangewood guitar, but it made a bad first impression right out of the box. It just wouldn’t stay in tune for more than a few songs, so I was constantly stopping to adjust it. I even tried putting on fresh strings thinking that might fix it, but nope, it still kept slipping. Got frustrating quickly and left me disappointed

The guitar itself was okay, nothing really wrong with it, but the return process was frustrating. I had to follow up twice just to get the return label, and then the refund took longer than expected to come through. It left me feeling annoyed because what should’ve been simple turned into a hassle. In the end, I was just relieved when it was finally over.

I picked up an Orangewood because it seemed like it would be a nice, easy couch guitar, but it was kind of disappointing out of the box. The action was high, so basic chords down near the first few frets felt fine, but once I moved up the neck it started to feel like work. Maybe it just needs a setup, but I wish they were clearer about what “ready to play” actually means instead of making it sound like you can just unbox it and be good to go. It’s not a terrible guitar, but the vague promises didn’t really match my experience

I ordered mine from orangewoodguitars.com, and at first glance the guitar looked totally fine. Nothing seemed off visually, so I was excited to start playing it.
Once I actually spent some time with it though, the fretwork was kind of a letdown. The fret ends were sharp, a few frets felt uneven, and there was buzzing that didn’t really go away even after a basic setup. I figured I might need to tweak the action a little, but not deal with all that right out of the box, lol.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but it felt a bit rushed. I wanted to like it, but this one just wasn’t a good experience for me.

I had a problem pop up with my Orangewood guitar after a few months, so I reached out about the warranty. They got back to me and asked for photos and a few details, which made sense, and the guitar had been great up until then, so I was just hoping it would be an easy fix.
The slow part was the back and forth. I’d send something, then wait longer than I expected, and I did end up following up once. They did take care of it in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but yeah, it felt a little clunky. Not a terrible experience, just not exactly quick or smooth either.

I mostly bought this for the clean, simple look, but wow, it looks even better in person. The wood color is so nice and warm without being too flashy or trying too hard. I was ridiculously excited when I saw it set up because it just fits perfectly. I’m genuinely so happy with it!

I found it confusing as a beginner. Maybe it gets easier later, but starting out felt more frustrating than Helpful.
